When I get a new WhatsApp message, I do get a vibration on my Sense 2 and when I lift up my hand to see the display, it tends to load the notification and show. However, in my case, what is shown tends to be an older WhatsApp notification (unless there isn't one available at that time, of course), I then I have to swipe right to see the newer messages. This is quite counterintuitive as there is no point showing the same old message that I already glanced over before and forcing me to swipe to see what is relevant at that time. The only way to get the latest shown there is to promptly dismiss notifications so that there are none at any time, which is not desirable. This issue may be existing with other notifications too (such as SMS), but I only have notifications enabled for limited apps and this is the most prominent of all. Has anyone else observed this behavior?

Hi @harilom - it may be showing old notifications again because they haven't been removed from the phone. While the notifications remain on the phone they remain on the watch. You can either read the entire message on the phone or dismiss it, or dismiss it on the watch and it will be removed from the phone's status bar.
It is odd that it produces the same old message when a new one comes and may be one of the bugs, but by dismissing each notification when they come it should work correctly, even if it is an extra step. Notification processing on a Sense 2 is already not optimal unfortunately and this may just be another issue but well spotted.
You could try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears. And as this behaviour can also originate from the app try logout of the app and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it, then restart the phone. These steps will refresh both sides of the notification process.
