My Sense 2 used to scroll easily when I touched it to move between exercise to date etc but now it pauses and I have to wait about 30 seconds or more before I can move between screens. Any idea why?

Hi @Dizoots  - try restarting the watch, it may have an issue.

 

Press and hold the button till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

 

If there is a problem restarting, restart it again. It can take a while to start up.
