In the app ot shows my sense 2 as connected but calls don't show. On my phone I  try to connect the swnse 2 to the bluetooth and os says cannot connect.  I have rebooted the watch and disconnected it from the bluetooth. Nothing works. I wanted this badly and I am considering returning it due to this issue 😕

@ChloeTan@Maddogtennis12 and @Filmmisstress. Welcome to the Community Forums.

@ChloeTan Thanks for your efforts while working on this matter and I noticed you already have a case created with our Support team. My best advice is to reply back to them in order to receive further assistance.

@Maddogtennis12 and @Filmmisstress Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot your Sense 2. Because the issues persists, let me recommend the following steps:

  1. Remove all Fitbit devices from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is updated and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select your Sense 2, tap Replace Device and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once this is done, proceed to set up the on-wrist calls function and monitor its behavior. Take in mind the Sense Controls will connect as soon as you receive a call. For this reason, it's expected to see them as not connected the rest of the time.
