Sense 2 - unable to set up AFib monitoring

Hello, 

I'm unable to set up the Afib monitoring function on my Sense 2 and fit bit app. The screen becomes greyed out and stuck when selecting 'set up'.  I then have to close the app down to access again. I have tried unlinking via bluetooth, logging out of the app and back in again but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks

I have taped in app on phone irregular rythm notifications - set up.  Next screen get started.  Verify eligibility comes up and can not click on next.  it is grey.  That is as far as it will go on my sense 2.  How did you get past this screen?

I'm "hopping" it gets resolved soonest. It was the only reason that I purchased the thing!
