Hi @Irishgreekmike - just wondering if the syncing is having a problem, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
In any case see if restarting the watch and logging out of the Fitbit App [swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it too] and then restarting the phone helps.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I wish it were that simple. Each day now the total figures for calories
consumed for the day, NO MATTER what I record during the day, *shows the
total calories consumed for the day before. For example, *today I had 614
calories for breakfast, check the total number and it shows 2105 - and that
figure is the total for the calories consumed the day before. It is really
more Google bull**ahem**. I am getting off anything Google as quickly as I can.
All they do is gobble more things up and screw more things up.
Thanks for trying to help.

@Irishgreekmike - in the Fitbit App click profile photo and App settings and in Units check your calories are not set to kilojoules by a mistake.
