Sense 2 went blank after an update

My Sense 2 is only a few months old and just went blank immediately after an update at around 1:20 am. Will not charge now…I feel like I have been robbed of $250….

Please before considering other options, try to charge the device following the steps listed here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
