My sense 2 gives white screen and no response. I have attached the my watch. I purchased it from USA 1 year ago. I am really feel sad that quality of sense 2 is very poor.

Thanks for informing me about this situation in regards to your Sense 2 screen. I appreciate you sending the photo of how it appears, it is really useful.
Please, do the following:
- In the Fitbit app, touch your profile picture, touch your Fitbit device and click 'Sync Now'. This will help you synchronize it.
- Restart your Sense 2 by following the steps here.
- After this, change the clock face of your Sense 2. In the Fitbit app, you can access the image of your profile and the image of your Fitbit device, touch the gallery and the screen and click on the clock face, preferably one of Fitbit and install.
