Today I stopped receiving phone notifications on my Sense 2. I've tried restarting the phone, restarting the watch, deleting and reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off then on again, deleting the watch from the app and attempting to add it again. Now Bluetooth on my phone cannot even find the Sense 2, though I can pair the watch to my tablet, and can pair other things to my phone. I don't know what else to try.

Follow up—-I contacted Fitbit customer service. They had me repeat evrything I had already done. Eventually I did a factory reset, which fixed the issue. The reset also forced the watch to do an update. NOTE: it’s important to sync the watch before performing the rest, to be sure no data is lost.
