Sense 2 will not stay on unless I have it connected to the charger

My sense 2 will not stay on unless I have it connected to the charger. It will shut off as soon as it is removed and when it is reconnected to the charger it starts up.  Every time it starts up on the charger it shows a different % of charge. Tried to reset when connected and that does not change anything and the watch still shuts off as soon as the charger is removed.

Hi @CTreats - this seems like the battery contact is faulty, a replacement is likely your only option, hopefully under warranty.

Not under warranty and it's the third time I've replaced the device under warranty previously
