Sense 2 will not turn on unless it is on the charger.

Sense 2 will not turn on unless it is on the charger. It will link up on charger, will show all screens, but nothing when removed from charger. Have tried the hard reboot of pressing the lower right button and the left button for 15 seconds, and still nothing. Battery shows 100% charged

Hi @SandhyaIndia - this seems like a firmware problem as many others have the problem - see "Sense 2 turns on only when plugged to charger"

To restart a Sense 2, it needs it's only button pressed.

In case it makes a difference, when on charge sync with the Fitbit app and turn off the phone's Bluetooth before unplugging the charge cable from the power supply.

If that doesn't help try a Shutdown from watch Settings and restart by pushing the button whilst charging (Bluetooth still off).

In order to ascertain if it's a particular firmware issue please post your firmware level, from watch Settings, About Sense 2, System info.
