Sense 2 woke me up in the middle of the night

For the last two nights, my watch alarm has gone off at 2:30 am.  I DO NOT have any 2:30 am alarms set up!  This happened after I had to restart my watch after the new app update.  My watch was not syncing, and I had loads of problems with it's Bluetooth. Help would be appreciated!!

Hi there, @reenssemp. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense 2. I understand where your worry comes from.

By any chance, did you see any message on the screen while it was vibrating? If there was a "Look Alive" message, please note it is part of your alarms and it seems like you have the Smart Wake feature enabled. Smart Wake attempts to find the best time to wake you starting 30 minutes before the alarm time you set. For more information, see How do I set an alarm on my Fitbit device?

If you continue having syncing difficulties, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Yes it did say Look Alive, but I have NO alarms set on my watch!

@reenssemp Thanks for getting back and confirming that you did receive that message.

To better assist you, would you mind going to your alarms once again (even if you have turned them off) and look for smart wake just below the alarm and make sure it's also turned off?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
