Hi,
I’m having the same issue as another user, that I would like to get my Sense 2 to buzz when my heart rate goes above 100bpm. It’s important for my chronic illness management. I’ve set the thresholds but it will only vibrate when I’ve been inactive - I just want it to buzz me literally anytime my HR goes over 100. Someone else suggested the Alert Me app but it’s not available. Are there any workarounds for this or do I have to send this device back? Thanks

Hello @devanywolfe and welcome to the Community. Your description of the high heart rate alert is correct. It only monitors at rest -- and only when your heart rate is over the threshold for ten minutes. The Sense 2 doesn't allow third party apps. I just don't see how a Sense 2 will meet your needs.
Here is a thought. You will need to do some searching. The Sense and the Versa 3 can use the Alert Me app. You can't buy a Sense or Versa 3 from the Fitbit Store. But you might be able to find one from an Authorized Retailer. Only an Authorized Retailer honors the Fitbit warranty. Be careful about buying from Amazon. Amazon is a marketplace site. An item must be Shipped and Sold by Amazon to be "from" Amazon.
