My sense 2 won't charge up it's been on charge all day with a blank screen when I try a reset it just vibrates constantly until I take the charger off

Hi there @Graham58, it is nice to see you around the community. 

I really appreciate you informing us of this, and it's really useful that you tried resetting your device.

In light of the situation that you described, I will advise you to do the following:

I want to try using a toothbrush and some water to clean the device's charging contacts as a first step. Additionally, I need you to clean the pins on the charging cable. To do this, you'll need some disinfecting alcohol and a cotton swab. Make sure the swab doesn't leave any bits on the pins. The last step is to connect it to a USB wall charger with UL certification.
