I received this watch yesterday as a gift. I cannot get it to connect to Bluetooth with my Samsung. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated the app. I have restarted the watch and unpaired the watches Bluetooth connection from my phone and re-connected. Nothing is working. It also is saying I've walked close to 1000 steps after wearing for 5 minutes. I need help pairing and possibly just resetting completely

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

I have not been able to get ahold of customer support regarding this issue. I was able to get ahold of then yesterday because I could not get my 6 month free subscription to activate but I resolved that on my own. I cannot get ahold of them for this.
