Same...

I have gone into shut down mod factory reset and replaced one barely 40 days after that wouldn't turn on or charge..now second one barely gets past 40 percent after 2 days on charger and notify to cold to charge take off charger put on again goes to b 46 percent then remove put back on and drops charge to 33 percent...

Love the sense 2 hate that I can't get a charge a full charge any charge 

How do I charge the thing????

@COLOMom2 Thanks for the details and efforts while working on this matter. I understand how frustrating this can be and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. If you haven't done so, may I know if you've tried the troubleshooting described here? If not, please give them a try and monitor its behavior in the next few days to see how it goes.
