Sense 2 won’t give sleep score

My brand new Sense 2 seem to record all the sleep phases, duration and resting heart rate but doesn’t give a sleep score. I have had fitbits since 2014 and therefore know how to wear them ( not too tight, not too loose). Please advise.

I’m trying to find out why my sleep score is missing this morning working fine until now.

I am having a similar issue. The Sense 2 records my sleep time, shows a black line, and no score. Over the past two months, about 1/3 of the time.

I have all sorts of sync issues since beginning of December. It has to be some bug either in the last firmware or the version of the app. Or the two combined together. One of the issue is sleep score. In the morning when I sync my watch, heart rate does not sync together with the rest of the data, so sleep analysis misses an important part for the score. HR syncs later, but it is too late, sleep analysis doesn't run again, so you get no score.
Try removing the watch from the app and add it again. And while you are at it, also restart the watch. It works for me... to bad 2-3 days later the sync issue is back. I'm very dissatisfied with Fitbit at the moment. To the point that I'm considering terminating my premium subscription
