Hi @Cian_Foley. My Sense 2 screen has frozen, too, and I fixed it by restarting it. Press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until it restarts. Also try changing your clock face from the Fitbit app. Your phone will communicate with your Fitbit and this might work. Please contact Support for more help.
Do not, I repeat, do not remove your Fitbit from your account and try to add it back, unless Support tells you to do it.
