Hi, so I recently changed from an Android to an iPhone and I've noticed that my app notifications, like insta and snapchat, don't vibrate on my fitbit unless I sync it regularly. This was not a problem on my Android. The notifications still go through, just doesn't vibrate unless I sync it.

Welcome to the community, @alphapenguin15.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. While your watch needs to sync regularly to receive notifications, if you haven't synced for the last couple of hours, the notifications should go through correctly. I understand this isn't your case and just to confirm, are the calls and text messages notifications working well? If you haven't done so, please review this help article and make sure the requirements described in there are met.
Additionally, let's try the following:
- Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings.
- Check if the Fitbit app is updated.
- Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
- If prompted, accept the request to pair your watch and monitor its behavior.
