Sense 2 won't reconnect to iPhone after factory reset

After a few weeks of use with my Sense 2, I decided to conduct a factory reset in order to fix some problems I was having with my Sense 2 watch.  I am running the most recent software for the Fitbit app and when I attempt to connect it to my iPhone my iPhone finds the Sense 2 watch but the watch does not give me the 4 digit code that is needed.  Instead I am left with the Fitbit app timing out and the sense 2 watch stuck on the screen asking me to download the Fitbit app.  Anyone else have a similar problem after conducting a factory reset to fix problems?

Hi @AlastairWalsh  - try the following

  • Logout of the app
  • Remove the Sense 2 from the phones Bluetooth
  • Restart the phone and watch
  • Login again to the app
  • Click profile photo
  • "+ Set up a device"

If this doesn't work try reinstalling the app and repeat the process.
