Hi @FWW3 - first try Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Second if the problem persists and you see floors missing on the watch but they appear in the Fitbit App change to another clock face.

Third if none of these resolve the problem the watch may be faulty and need replacing under warranty.

You can also chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, they make take you through a factory reset which may not resolve it if the watch is faulty.

Yes...I've noticed that my sense 2 is not staying charged as long. Also, it keeps acting like it is re-setting or something.

I appreciate all this information that you've shared about the inconvenience that you've been having with your Sense 2.

Before considering other options, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this articleIn addition, try to perform a restart following the steps listed here below, this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Hold the end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch untiit attaches magnetically. The percent charged appears on screen.

The battery can last up to 7 days; because battery life is affected by use and other settings, actual results may vary, but the battery shouldn't be draining only after one or two days. Keep in mind that some of the feature that can drain the battery more rapidly are:

  • Built-in GPS (Sense 2 can have a battery life of up to 4 day when using this feature regularly, or up to 5 hours if you use it continuously).
  • Always-on display (Sense 2 can have a battery life of up to 3 days when using this feature).
  • Using an SpO2 clock face (Fitbit points out in this article that you may have to charge your Fitbit device more often when collecting SpO2 data).
