Sense 2 won't stay connected

Ive only had this watch for 3 weeks and i can’t  seem to get it to stay connected for more than a day.

i have to either turn it off or manually sync it.

i assumed that it would automatically sync daily.

does anyone else have this problem or can advise me.

What phone do you have @Tracy155 

Does the fitbit app persion to run in the background? 

If android, you don't swipe the fitbit app out of background? 

Does it do a succesfiul sync when you open the fitbit app? 

It should try and sync, once every 20 minutes.
