Sense 2 won't stay in sync

No clue what is wrong with my Sense 2.  I keep syncing and the watch will reset itself to 2022.  I cannot update face clocks that were developed after 2022, stats won't stay in sync, ECG won't work, call alert won't stay active.  Any suggestions?
