Why won’t my iPhone sync to my sense2?

 

keeps freezing 

very frustrating since I just purchased this smart watch.  Worked for two weeks now it keeps freezing on my iPhone app

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I understand how frustrating this has been and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. Just to confirm, by freezing do you mean the syncing process doesn't complete? Or is the screen of your watch or Fitbit app unresponsive while syncing?

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following steps:

  1. Forget your Sense 2 from the Bluetooth settings on your phone.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.

This also keeps happening to me, surely I shouldn't have to unpair it every day and go through set up new device every day.  It's like it won't let anything else connect to my phone via Bluetooth so it stops my sense 2 syncing. It's very annoying. I only bought it last week. Neve had this issue with my inspire 2.

Thanks for joining this thread as well as your efforts while troubleshooting your watch. I understand your point of view as this troubleshooting isn't something you should be doing on daily basis. To look into this, may I know the model and OS version of your phone? What is the error message displayed when trying to sync? Do you have other Bluetooth connections nearby that might be interfering with the process?
