My Sense 2 does not record my heart rate zones when I exercise

it just gives a flat Rate but no peak, cardio etc

please can you help

Are you manually logging your workouts?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

@PKing66 I will note that on the version 1 of the Sense line, you had to start the work out from your watch rather than manually inputting the work out on your phone.
