I just started using the Sense 2 after updating from the Inspire 2. Now I'm not getting sleep rhythms, the phone part is not working, Alexa does not work with it either. I was hoping to use this one during my aquatics like the Inspire 2 but it appears that does not work. I'm a little disappointed because I have the old unit to a family member since I was so pleased with it and it's durability. Can someone advise what I need to do.

I’m having the same issue, my sleep tracking isn’t working for a couple of weeks now. Super disappointing. I had a Fitbit versa and I absolutely loved it, super durable! I only just replaced it with the sense 2 because I unfortunately lost it - the band broke at a concert after having it for 3/4 years. The versa was so good, I had faith this sense 2 would be along the same quality, and I just feel I downgraded and the quality isn’t there. I can’t answer calls either on my watch and if I do answer I can’t hear anything. I should have just went with the Apple Watch.

I “upgraded” to the sense 2 from the original sense. It has been almost a year and I have yet to have any consistent tracking of sleep (not tracked in months), steps, workouts, and syncing with the app (I can’t even get the app to sync at this point). The whole set up it practically useless. I even paid for the premium upgrade and I can’t even use it because nothing is accurate or consistent. Super disappointed especially since I have mentioned the issue before to try and get help to get everything working like it did before and was told to reset, remove and re-add my sense 2; as well as delete and redownload the app. It worked for a few days and then back to nothing. I should not have to constantly do all of this to get my device to work properly. This is my 5th device from Fitbit since 2016 and each one was an upgrade to a better device. This is the first time I am having this many issues on a regular basis with NO resolution.
