Sense 2 won't track my sleep times accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I bought this sense 2 and have been wearing for 3 days. I was looking at my sleep start time. It’s showing that I fall asleep around 10 pm every night. I know for a fact I don’t go to sleep until midnight or 1am.

I am not sure what is going on but I know last night I was moving about until midnight and it says I started sleep at 10:17 pm

It's more than likely something to do with your movement during that time.  If you stay still for 2 hours, your device will be tricked into believing that you're asleep when you're not.  You can find out how to edit the log to reflect your sleep record more accurately here .

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Monkeyrose!

To improve sleep tracking with your Sense 2, I'd suggest having a closer look here to adjust your device's sleep tracking settings better to your sleep habits:

How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device?

You should especially pay attention to how to set up a sleep schedule and how to change the sleep sensitivity setting to get better tracking results of your sleep.
