Sense 2 won't turn on and only shows red X

So I just received my new Sense 2 yesterday and I cannot get it to set up. There's no display and I've been charging it, but there's no vibration when I connect it to the charger. Tried a different charger, restarted the device and my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra), and also turning the Bluetooth off and back on. Nothing happens. When I try to restart it, the screen flashes several times and then I get a red X. I've never had any issue setting up a Fitbit before and this is disappointing. I keep getting a pop up on my phone to set it up, but I can't get past the pairing code part.

Hi @jkweik - the watch may be faulty but first try another restart and also a factory reset with the button.

You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with that.
