Sense 2 won't turn on

Hi,

My Son's sense 2 won't switch on at all, I have tried a different charger, a different plug. I have tried the hard reboot etc... and no luck at all, no vibration, no logo. it just wont switch on and it's only 3 years old. Any suggestions please.

Thanks, Simon

Hi @SimonOz - sorry but you tried the necessary steps and it seems it is broken, possibly due to a shock or getting wet at some point after the seals failed. It may have had warning signs of odd behaviour before dying?
