Never had this before ... usually when I go outside UK, fitbit automatically changes to new time zone! Have honestly tried everything ... restarted phone & watch; toggled, untoggled automatic time zone and synched; manually added different time zone; re-installed app! Phone should be five hours behind in country am visiting but its 2 hours behind! Help!!!

Hi there, @DGH66. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Sense 2 is not updating the time when traveling outside the UK. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Does your phone show the correct time? Is your Sense 2 syncing correctly? Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
In addition to the steps you've tried, please try the following:

Hi @DGH66 - just in case, did you try changing clock face? The watch should match the time on the phone with the actions you did, so make sure that is correct also.
If the phone is showing the wrong time check it's settings, possibly a location, VPN or mobile data issue is not correct.
Puerto Rico is currently 4 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). It doesn't change to summer time but the UK does.
If the phone is correct try another country manually that is GMT-4.
