Sense 2 won't wake up on wrist rotation

My Sense 2 won't wake the display when I twist my wrist like I'm looking at a watch (it was doing this when I first got it).

I've found the setting Screen Wake under Display, which says it's locked for sleep mode and that I need to turn off sleep mode.

I've found the setting Sleep Mode under Quiet Modes, which is turned off and disabled (i.e., it's not on, and I can't turn it on to then turn it off). The only Quiet Mode which is enabled is Focus Mode, which I can turn on and off.

How do I get the screen to wake on a wrist movement?

Thanks.

Accepted Solutions

It's either Screen Wake or Sleep Mode.  Easier to get to them both in Quick Settings by swiping down from clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @pisces0304  - as @JohnnyRow  says, if you pull down the watch face to get to Quick Settings, there you can disable Sleep mode and set wrist wake, as the former stops the latter.
