My sense 2 was working fine before the latest update but I don't think the update completed properly. Now my fitbit wont work unless it's plugged in. As soon as it's unplugged it turns off unless turned on again. It is charging and shows the percentage going up. I've tried re-downloading the app and restarting it while it's plugged in. Thinking about factory resetting but afraid that won't work either

Welcome to the community forums, @Faultiere.
Thanks for letting me know about your Sense 2, and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for the experience that you're having and to work on this together, I'd recommend exhausting the troubleshooting steps described in this help article which have worked for other members. Then, monitor the behavior of your watch in the next few days to see how it goes afterward.

Unfortunately none of these worked. The battery is able to charge fine but won't work off of the charger. I have tried all the suggested tips and even factory reset the device but nothing has worked
