Sense 2 xharge

I've had my sense 2 for 4 weeks and the charge only goes up to 99% and then only last for 3 days at the most..... Plus it only tracks fitness twice a week at the moment but not sure it'll keep charge if I increase my fitness routine which is why I bought it to track my gym, football and walking. Anybody else had where it's not holding charge?!

I have had my Fitbit Sense 2 for about 2 weeks. Up until last night it was using only about 10% of the battery a day. However, yesterday, starting with a 99% charge at about 8 AM, by 1 PM it was down to 3%. Something is seriously wrong when it couldn't even run for a single day.
