I have a used sense 2 previously attached to a Samsung phone. I charged and did a factory reset on it and then synced it with my iPhone 13. Although the app shows it to be synced to my iPhone it will not attach to Bluetooth on the Fitbit and the Fitbit screen continues to show the screen instructing me to load the Fitbit app. I’ve deleted app and reinstalled multiple times, reset Fitbit and iPhone multiple times and the iPhone still does not see Fitbit for bluetooth connection. Now what?

Have you restarted the Sense 2? Also, are there any other BTs around that could be causing interference?

If “restart” is the same as “reset” then yes I have - many many times. If it is not the same then I would need the steps to restart it. But wouldn’t it have done that after I did the factory reset? As far as other BT around - I have multiple BT devices but none are actively connected/connecting at the same time.

If “restart” is the same as reset then yes - I mentioned that in my description of my problem and the steps I have already taken. If it is not the same then I need the steps for “restart”. As far as other BY devices, I have many but but none are actively trying to connect at the same time as Fitbit. Fitbit doesn’t even show on iPhone as a device trying to connect.

It won't matter if the other BTs are actively connected or connecting at the same time. They would need to be moved or completely switched off. Please switch off all BTs in the area and restart/reset both the phone and the Sense 2.

Hi @Bkaymoore - although you have factory reset the watch and installed in the app on the new phone you will need to set-up the watch in the Fitbit App, this will create the Bluetooth connection and update the watch firmware.
If this is not working logout of the app and swipe off the active window and restart the phone and try again.

Yes - please reread my description of what I have already done. My issue is I am trying to set it up in the Fitbit app but my iPhone does not see the Fitbit

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @Bkaymoore!
Sad to hear that you're having issues connecting your Sense 2 to your Fitbit app. Thanks for having spent your time trying to get things fixed. Adding to what @DramaQueenDiva and @Guy_ already have mentioned please check if your iPhone is running iOS 15 or higher to meet Fitbit's current system requirements.
Given the current situation I'd suggest starting from scratch. To do so please first erase your Sense 2 as described in the Sense 2 user manual:
Fitbit Sense 2 User Manual - Update, Restart, and Erase
Next please closely follow the steps to set up your device accordingly as mentioned here:
How do I get started with Fitbit Sense 2?
I'll keep my fingers crossed.
