Sense Reset by itself and now I can't connect to my app/phone

About an hour or so ago my sense reset and now it just tells me to download the app(which I have) in different languages and doesn't connect to my app/phone anymore. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, restarted my phone, held the button to reset sense again. Nothing seems to be working.

 

When I go to my bluetooth it sends me to the app store but its already downloaded....

Hi @MrGnomely23 @mich15092015  - what seems to have happened is the watch did a factory reset.

To resolve this remove the Sense 2 Bluetooth entry from the phone, in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

This will setup a new Bluetooth entry for you as you can't do that manually, it will tell you you need to do it with the Fitbit App if you try.
