I just got my new S2, and it doesn't appear to be charging. I'm using the cable that it came with, I've tried two different wall plugs and wall outlets, and I'm seeing a lightning bolt, but the level stays at 31%. Has anyone had this issue, and how did you fix it? Thank you!

@ElleMacRow check the 4 pins, the one pin is known to get stuck pushed in, and charging will fail

I have the same issue with my S2 that is 13 months old and out of warranty. Charging it became problematic a month ago but responded to cleaning and restarts (10 second reboots) and currently it doesn't charge at all - blank screen. The problem proceeded a software update a few weeks ago.
All 4 pins check out fine on the watch + magnetic coupling and I verified the USB cable is sending current. I followed all the links too.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi @Nirkeen , @ElleMacRow , as @Rich_Laue says, if one pin is just slightly different to the others, there can be a current but no contact, do check the cable very carefully.
