My battery ran empty, I couldn't charge it for a few days. When I attempted to I saw 0% for just a second then nothing. Figured charged failed as they frequently do, bought a new one but even after charging for hours, pressing the button for ten seconds, press/ released it etc., no response. Only 3 years old. Is it gone? Any way to get credit towards a new one?

Hi @Muirthule Fitbit doesn't have a trade-in program or give a discount for older devices. There are plenty of sales coming up (President's Day in the USA) so you might find good deals by checking around.
