So frustrating day #4 . First I was seeing double imported activity now none! They say technicians are still figuring it out….

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the chronometer syncing with your Sense.
Can you explain more about your situation, please? Is the cronometer an app you have or a different device? Let me know so I can give you a proper answer, please. Also, I wasn't able to find a case created in our end, did you contacted someone to get this improved?

Chronometer is on the same device as Fitbit. The issue is that my activity from FitBit is not syncing to Cronometer. I notified Fitbit and no reply. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it, I unsynched and resynched the apps from each other. Nothing has worked. This has been happening since September 2. Please help!!

I appreciate your explanation! This situation has been already solved, you should be able to see the cronometer normally at this time.
