I've had an ongoing issue with the sleep and stress scores since I purchase a Sense 2 in August of 2023. The only way I can get the scores to update is to restart the watch or restart the phone (Google Pixel 6a). I've been in contact with Fitbit and they have sent it off to a special team that is supposed to be working on it. When I checked up on the status of progress, they replied:
Could you please confirm that you have tried the following troubleshooting steps
Restarted your device
Tested it for one night
Performed a clear user data reset
Tested it for one night after the factory reset.
Please also provide us with screenshots of what you see on the Fitbit app and a picture of what you see on the Sense 2 device.
This information will help us to better understand the issue and provide you with the best possible support.

This is almost the same reply as the very first and second email that Juan and Fitbit Team sent me. I guess my question is: has anyone got a fix for this issue? Also has anyone
