Sense short life after update

Updated Fitbit app 7/3. Sense started not holding charge. Only lasts about 5-6 hours. Also started doing funky things like saying I should sleep with my watch on when I had it on, getting stuck on a screen etc. Did a hard restart no change. Restarted via Settings on watch. No change. Changed clock face. Seems to hold the charge for about 12 hours. But now it will not read my heart rate.
Can you back out of an update?

Thanks Chris. I had already turned off everything, dimmed the screen etc with no effectBefore the update all these settings were active and working fine. Now no heart rate data, face freezes, steps seem off etc. I think I will contact customer service.
