As the title suggests, I have seen previous threads about this issue but not actually come across a resolution.
Have a new sense 2 since 27th May, and an iphone 12 mini and it is regularly disconnecting from bluetooth and thus I am missing important phonecalls because I am now relying on my watch to vibrate.
The watch doesn't get turned off, the phone doesn't get turned off... I don't see why this problem keeps occurring?
Hopefully a resolution can be found!

Hi @Rhib27 - do you have another Fitbit watch, if so turn that off and remove the Bluetooth entries for it from your phone. See also How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Hi there, @Rhib27. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense 2.
In addition to the steps provided by @Guy_, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Sense 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
