Hello, I'm a new user for the Sense 2 sensor, and I'm having trouble exporting my Fitbit data. I followed the instructions in this link (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1133.htm or https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/3024190) to download the data using my Google account through the dashboard. My main interest is in collecting my heart rate data for the date of 7/19/2023. However, when I export the data, I couldn't find a specific heart rate file for that date. It seems there's no option to select the desired day when exporting data using my Google account. Even, the current exported files include 'Heart Rate Notifications Alerts.csv', 'Heart Rate Notifications Profile.csv', and 'Heart Rate Notifications README.txt', not the raw heart rate data. Could you help me out on this issue?
