So my girlfriend has a Sense 2 since February and me too since mid May. We both have the exact same problem: Even tho the watch works properly and the application shows us all the information, it never shows on the watch. If I go to the weather, it asks me to synchronize because there is nothing to show. Same for sleep score, same for the readiness score (we see -- instead of the number that we clearly see in the app).
I can spam the sync a million time and it will sadly never do anything in this regard. The ONLY workaround I have is to shutdown then restart the watch. Seems very odd to me that a 400$CAD watch isn't able to properly synchronize such basic informations. It's as if it simply synchronizes once when it opens then it never tries again.
I already tried to factory reset the Sense2 and it changed nothing. Tried to uninstall then reinstall the app on my Pixel7 as well with no results. Anyone knows what's the problem here? Is is specially related to the Sense2?

It must be something with the Sense 2. I also have a Pixel phone (paired with a Pixel Watch) and I don't have that problem. The only other thing I can think of is seeing if the firmware is updated on the phone.
If that doesn't work, you might want to see if the retailer you bought your Sense watches from would honor an exchange.
