Sense2 show Fitbit Pay after reset to default

HI I reset my sense2 two days ago! for change another phone...the same google account....all thing back..but sensen2  google wallet  change to fibit pay...，then I change account or reset again and change another phone still the same no google wallet show on Sense2 just fitbit pay on Sense2， it run  an update when connect to new phone.. ......even clear google service on phone ....still show fibit pay on Sense2..please help..howto force sense2 to show google wallet.

@marrfy , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message. 

As you made a factory reset, the Sense 2 will have the original firmware where Fitbit Pay was active. 
You'll need to update the firmware of your Sense 2 to the latest one, to get the Wallet, as this was introduced later with the update.

Use the Sense 2 as usual. Sync it at least 1-2 times a day. 
When the update is ready for you you'll see a banner in the app.

@JuanFitbit  Thank you for reply , sync is okay many times a day....but It's fews days no update show on my pixel7  and Sense2 version is 60.20001214.24  and it still show fibit pay。

@marrfy   If you tap on Fitbit Pay, does it give you a prompt to update Wallet?

@LZeeW It show ""To start , add a card in the wallet  section of th Fibit mobile app""   Tap on open...then  Syncing wallet from phone...(My phone only google wallet...so not thing happen on my phone and Sense2 show" Go around in circles.."

@marrfy Thank you for your reply and further information. The current Firmware version for the Sense 2 is Version 220.21.
If after updating this the Wallet is still not appearing, please contact Support. They have further tools to investigate the issue. 
In the meantime please wait until you get the update notification in the app as a banner.
