Shipping Issues

Hi all. Wondering if anyone is having shipping issues when ordering off the website? I ordered a Sense 2 after my Versa 2 screen went green. Ordered Sunday October 22nd, chose overnight shipping. According to the website, the carrier has yet to pick it up. Support won't cancel the order and issue a refund because once the label is printed its "shipped". Chat support offered no indication of when it will actually ship.

How long is it taking for people to get their products?

Hi @GBear87 - fitbit have a 45 day refund policy, maybe not until you receive it.
