Re my new ssnse2 . I have spent days including 2 calls with Fitbit support trying to fix the issue that notifications don’t show on screen, but they are there if I check. All settings are correct and checked by the support team . Then after delving again I read that the sense2 isn’t ment to display, only vibrate and then you are meant to check watch for the notification. This is meant to save battery life etc. so now I don’t know what is true , support didn’t seem to know this . So does anyone with current model Sense2 using with an iPhone get onscreen displays for text WhatsApp etc as they come in ….or do you have to ‘turn your wrist ‘ to activate the on screen notification?

HI @Sjgee Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!
Let me clarify your question. I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our support team.
In effect, when a notification is received on your Fitbit device, the display won't turn on. You need to turn your wrist in order to turn on the display to check it.
Note: You need also to set Screen Wake to Button & motion in order to turn on the screen with a wrist turn.
I hope this information will be helpful. Have a great day!
