I have had my Sense 2 since February and I am so disappointed in it. I have recently done the same walk three times at the same pace only to get three wildly different distances from 7.95 km down to 5.77 km, three different step counts and three different calorie counts. The walk was done in the same time frame give or take two minutes. On top of that I get absolutely no notifications, I did for a short while at the beginning, but nothing now despite all being turned on, no texts, no what’s app messages, no calls or calendar notifications. At this stage I am sick of it. I moved over from an Apple Watch because I wanted a longer battery life but at least Apple Watch was accurate! At this stage I see my device as a useless fitness device, all it does is tell me the time accurately, how can I trust anything else it tells me! What I would like to know is had anyone returned a device for these reasons as faulty??

My Sense 2 records my step counts but won’t record the calorie count - it may or may not populate in the app at some stage.issues with hr, sleep etc too. 250 bucks for a digital watch.

Spot on, what a waste of money and what comeback do we have? I think I’ll be returning to Apple, and I thought Fitbit were good!
