Could not get it to sync tried everything and then did a factory reset. Now its stuck on the download fitbit app. My app shows it syncing but it wont update the software. I have tried everything to get it to over wifi and bluetooth. Its less than a year old.

Same for me (inspire HR) since the last android application update (17 october 2023). Tried to uninstall/install the fitbit app. Not working at all

This is not solved. Factory reset and won't update and download it some how connects on app bit all you get on watch is this.

I found that I could only use the Fitbit watch face settings or I got stuck on the same date and time for two weeks. But in the end my watch never did sync properly. Still waiting for resolution.

I just replied when they said this was resolved....im waiting too their solution is buy a new one. If they would give to me at 150 off then maybe....but they sent me a link for 60 off. My watch was perfect
until their update.

Got a refurbished replacement. At least now I know how my watch was SUPPOSED to work for the last 9 months.
