I can’t sign into the app on iPhone i put password in and nothing happens

Thank you for reporting this situation and for your efforts.

I suggest you try to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it. In case the app still doesn't let you sign in, you can try to reset your password: 

  1. Log out of the Fitbit app.
  2. Tap Log In > Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and tap Send Reset Email.
    • An email will be sent to the email address you entered.
    • If you don't receive the email, it's possible that you entered your email address incorrectly or the email went to your Spam or Junk folder. Try completing this step again and check all your email folders.
  4. Click the link in the password reset email. This link takes you to our mobile website.
  5. Enter your new password and tap Set.
  6. Return to the Fitbit app and log in using your new password.
