Sleep from watch doesnt sync to app in phone

My phone was connected to Garmin before everything worked just fine. Now I switched to Fitbit Sense 2. Everything else including steps and HRV and temperature skin sync to the app except for sleep data that wouldn’t sync to the app. I cannot even log the sleep myself. Though sleep data showed on the watch. What should I do?  I tried everything. I use iPhone 14 Pro. I deleted the app. I changed the username. I reset the watch.

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding sleep. Sorry to know the difficulty. Thanks for sharing the screenshots.

I'm not sure if you are still experiencing issues with the Fitbit app. If so, please try to perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
