The sleeping function for my Sense 2 has been experiencing intermittent tracking since May 2023, and it has stopped tracking now. I went through several chats troubleshooting with Fitbit chat and refreshed and reset the tracker numerous times. And till now, no one has been able to resolve the problem. I was told that my case was escalated, and till now, no one has contacted me. Disappointed with Fitbit's service. What is a Fitbit when the tracker can't track? Totally waste of money.
